Preceding the Mid Size League matches, the teams have to be ranked. This was done via a technical challenge. Each team got a chance to prove themselves by taking a parcour on the field. During this parcour the robot has to recognize several balls varying in color. This ball must then be grabbed and played across the field towards a team mate, who in turn scores the ball.

The assignment proved to be a lot more difficult than expected, because no team managed to find all balls and score them in the goal. Therefore the ranking was based on points which were appointed to the team when the robot managed to either recognize a ball, pass it over or score a goal. Points were deducted when an obstacle was hit. Our attempt on the parcour resulted in a second place, right after team Hibikino-Mushashi.
